Special lil lady miss SIA is now retired looking for her furever home now! Spayed, healthy, 12lbs approx., 4 years young! She will make a wonderful pet as she has been just a blessing in our Dachshund program will sure to be one in your home! Prefer older or no children in the home... but can definitely discuss that if she might be the right fit as she may love to have kids in her future to play with! Always prefer opposite sex dogs in home in any case, but she does get along with both males & females great. Not sure about cats or small animals never been around them... but most likely not!? Contacting Us: We understand this is a huge investment & big deal to purchase a new puppy & future family member. We appreciate your thinking about us & contacting us! BUT PLEASE before you do so, be aware of your travel plans & ask everyone involved if they are in agreement about getting a new puppy. Not being serious takes up precious time away from our newborn babies, health of the litters, taking care of our dogs, let alone any free time lol what's that... just to pacify your time and having no real interest in reserving or buying a puppy.

Scams: YES there are sooo many puppy scams out there. We don't want to get scammed either & that's why we have this down with different ways for you to feel comfortable with your purchase process. If it looks too good to be true from other sites or breeders it probably is. We are fully transparent for you to do your due diligence first before you tell us you don't want to get scammed, we get it 100%. Please stalk our website & look at our review page. We are licensed in our business & State of Colorado for breeding. We can't do Facetime, sorry, too many inquiries just not enough time. Full Rights Price: Puppy comes with AKC papers for possible, responsible breeding & showing rights, or to spay/neuter at your discretion. Full AKC Rights also always gets priority on our waiting list. Full AKC also comes with 30day AKC provided insurance.

Full Rights Payments: You get have puppy in your possession and make monthly payments with substantial down for future full AKC rights.

Pet Only Price: Puppy is registered/registerable with the AKC, but with this option you are paying the less expensive option so no AKC papers will be given unless Full AKC rights are paid. Puppy must be spayed/neutered with proof sent to us.

Deposits: $500 applied toward price of specific puppy you picked out or if on our waiting/priority list goes in order received then when you pick you puppy deposit applies toward that puppy. Non-Refundable. Zelle, Cash App, Venmo, PayPal (has $15 Fee), Bank Wire, Cash Deposit at Bank, Cash accepted.

We Accept: Cash at pick-up, Bank Wire prior to Pick-up/Delivery, Deposit at our bank branch, Credit/Debit with 5% Fee, and Financing Available Terrace Pets CLICK link Below FREE to apply. 

Holding Puppies: We hold & reserve puppies with paid deposits only. We can hold your new puppy with a deposit for a few days while you make arrangements, no problem. However, if you're going to be longer than that or going on vacation, holiday, traveling here, etc, it will be a $20/day boarding fee added and puppy must be paid in full in advance.

In State Delivery: Puppy must be paid in full, in advance, for the delivery option. We will have to schedule with our reliable nannies as they work other jobs, generally Fridays work best to meet but we can discuss the options for all parties when we can bring puppy to you. Delivery is $500 in Colorado or $250 for meeting in Glenwood Springs or a halfway point somewhere is possible for a discussed fee. Puppy will travel with clean new pet carrier with vet records, puppy food & goodies bag.

Out of State Delivery: Hand delivery to your airport. Puppy flies in new pet carrier in cabin with the nanny (not cargo) is $400.00 delivery fee + $150.00 pet tag + nanny flight ticket cost and we will arrange that based on location & airport directly with our wonderful flight nanny! Depending on where you're located driving may be an option too!

If you would like to be on our paid waiting/priority list for future puppies please contact us soon as we sometimes reserve fast... $500.00 deposits reserve your place and they go in the order received! You can pick or pass at any time until you choose the right puppy for you! Also, check out our upcoming litters' page on this site! We can accept payments in advance of picking a puppy or payments on full AKC  puppies paid with substantial down!
